Where can I go and take photos with the costume?

There is no limit to where you can bring the costume to take photos. However, please be mindfull of your surroundings and do not take photos where it is not allowed, or is in the way of others. Please also remember that there is a warranty for any unwashable stains, tear, or damage, so do not wear in environments where this may happen.
By when and where do I need to return the rental costume and equipment?

Please return your rental costume and equipment to the Animaid shop located inside The Otaking Amsterdam (Spuistraat 84A, 1012 TX Amsterdam, Netherlands). Everything must be returned by 17:00 Amsterdam time (GMT+1), or we will need to charge the full warranty amount.
What happens if I damage or lose the rented items?

If any of the costumes, wigs, equipment or any other items are returned with new unwashable stains, tear, damage, or loss, then we will charge the full warranty amount listed in the description of each rental product item.
